He moved to AL with his wife Louisa b. 1811 and three children: Nelson, Thomas B., and Susan. Judge MITCHELL is mentioned in Gertrude Stone Mitchell BASSFORD's obit as being her father. According to the 1860 AL census, however, Thomas B. Mitchell was a farmer. Anyone who can shed light on this mystery would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Eric etpapa @comcast.net
