Hi All, My sister and are planning a 3 day trip to Macon to search for our Bucher and Davis families. When we went back to Rochester to take pictures of the old neighborhoods where our family lived in the 18-19 hundreds it was pretty scary. Some of those neighborhoods looked pretty tough to us. Can anyone suggest a Motel near the Washington Memorial Library. Is it safe to walk the streets at night. We're not city folks and really don't know what we're in for. Salt Lake City is such a safe city at night and I usually walk back to the motel in the dark and feel safe. I guess we need advice. Anne Bowie
