My father and Elaine divorced in 1980 while we lived in California. My father is not giving any information on my sister's whereabouts. I am looking for any information at all. Elaine's last name when she married my father was Halseph (not sure of spelling). She had two brothers, one named Glenn. He actually lived with us in California for a short time. Please help!!
