They were married in Bibb Co. Ga. Searching for who his parents were, or any information on his and Rebecca's children and their families. They had Franklin Owen,b.1824, and William Dennis Owen, b. 1825 and John Albert Owen, b.1828, and Sarah Ann Jane Owen, b. 1831.
