    1. [GABERRIE] Question on Berrien Co, GA?
    2. Could anyone tell me the location & the hours on the Berrien Co. Courthouse - also are their records in good shape, fairly easy to use - maybe some helpful folks there? (hoping!) Thanks, Sarah Howell Studstill Berrien Co lines (before the split into Lanier Co): HOWELLs; LAMBs; CARROLLs; etc.

    3. >Sarah Howell Studstill Berrien Co lines (before the split into Lanier Co): HOWELLs; LAMBs; CARROLLs; etc.< Sarah, I have two LAMB lines myself, one paternal and one maternal. Or at least I 'think' they are two separate ones. One is a 3rd great grandmother by the name of Mary E. Lamb, born about 1840 in Georgia, she married Abraham Starling in 1857, just across the Georgia border in Madison County, Florida, Abraham was born about 1834, probably in Ware County, Georgia. They were living in Clinch County, Georgia at the time of the 1860 census, with my 2nd great grandmother Sarah Ann Starling as a 2 year old at the time. I would love to find out the parents of Mary E. Lamb. My other line of LAMBs is thru Wade Hampton Lamb of North Florida area, don't know if they were originally from Georgia or not . His daughter, my great-grandmother Mildred Melissa Lamb married John Jefferson Robinson. This is my mother's family. Sharon
