Jennifer, Diana, and All, Do any of you have any further information on the JONES in the Berrien County area? I would be very interested in reading more on them as they tie into my BOYD line. My 4th great grandfather's [Aden BOYD] sister Blansett or Blancett [various spellings] AKA "Blanchey" BOYD, was married to an Abner JONES from Berrien County. She was born about 1788, so I don't think the Abner JONES you listed before would be him. I have 2 children listed for them, sorry to say can't recall if I got this from Huxford's Pioneers of Wiregrass Georgia or where at the moment. But the names I have are Daniel J. JONES and Nellie Jones, no dates or further information on them. Also, the afore mentioned grandfather, Aden BOYD, married the daughter of Arthur SYKES, but she was previously married to a JONES. I don't know his first name, but would like to. They are the parents of my 3rd great-grandmother Blansett [aka "Blanchey"! how confusing] BOYD who married Henry TISON. The daughter you listed, Polly Ann Griner, married first to Henry Jones on Jan 25, 1858 in Berrien County. I don't know for certain, but I suspect he died during the Civil War and she remarried to Micajah Paulk in 1866. Polly had two children that I know if with Henry. Nancy E. Jones b. abt 1863 Abner Jones b. abt 1865 Didn't know if you had this, but thought I'd throw it out there for any other Jones researchers who might need it. Jennifer
