Upgrade to 11.0 as soon as possible. For FTM users remember if you send a file to a person who has an earlier version then you will have to save it down to that person's version or else they cant read it. Yes, you can merge, and, yes you can mess it up. FTM has been user friendly to me. One last word of advice: BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP.
