I am so proud of Bartow County, Just thought you might want to share it with us. Jean RE: Cassville Cemetery Date: Tue, 14 Sep 1999 13:35:45 -0400 From: Teresa Greer <TGREER@sacscoc.org> To: jbelew@bellsouth.net I am looking for any Sewells who might be buried there. Several of the family members of Richard Gaines, L.W. Gaines and Henry Gaines are buried there, and one of their women married into the Sewells. In the 1840 and 1850 census' , this Sewell family was shown between the two Gaines families, indicating they were nearest neighbors. It seems somewhat logical that if they lived together, they also might be buried together. I have been to your Bartow County page, and let me say that you and your volunteers have done an outstanding job of getting as many records as possible up on the Web. I've been to other county GenWeb sites in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee that were nearly useless. Keep up the good work. -----Original Message----- From: Jean Belew [mailto:jbelew@bellsouth.net] Sent: Monday, September 13, 1999 6:00 PM To: Teresa Greer Subject: Re: Cassville Cemetery You are so right, You will be going north on Hwy 41 to Tower Bridge Road, make a right, go to end of road and make a left, pass the fire station on left and make a right, go around the first curve and second one and straight ahead is the Cemetery. What name are you looking for. I have a listing.
