Hubby and I are planning to take a trip south sometime in June. I would like to look and see if I can find any more info on my g-g-granddad, John Cobb and his family. I found them on the 1870 census and that's as far back as I go. I was wondering, could someone tell me where to look for any further info? Where is the Courthouse, Historical Society, etc?? Could someone tell us of any good eating places or motels to stay in? Also, would anyone be able to tell me how to find the Archives in Atlanta? Sure would appreciate any help! Cindy
