I have found one Colbert connection with my family in Bartow. Pearl Hammond (b.1879),daughter of T.R. Hammond and Mirtie Powell, married William Thurmond Colbert in 1899. Pearl was born in Stilesboro, Bartow Co. and her family was living there until around 1920, so I am guessing that this Colbert was from Bartow but I don't have any further information.Maybe this will help. I am researching Hammond, Powell lines in Bartow County. Moved there from SC in early 1800's. Would like to find info on Robert C. C. Powell b. 1822 in SC. Thanks, Gwen, Atlanta
