I don't know if this will help, but I found a Collins Mountain on web site called "Georgia's Named Summits" http://www.allenlacy.com/GPS/GaSummits.php?county=15&Sub=Submit It shows Collins Mountain as Bartow County, in the Calhoun South quadrant. http://www.topozone.com/map.asp?u=1&lat=34.38694&mapit=Map+It&lon=-84.90556& size=s&s=25 There is also a Collins Mountain in Lumpkin County and another one in Gilmer County.
