Joel L. Barger, I live in Hickory, Catawba County, NC. About 1846, Charles Barger moved from here to Cass/Bartow Co., where he purchased land in the Euharlee area. His brother William and family came in about 1855. My wife and I have made a number of side trips to the Bartow Co. area doing research.
