I need to find out if my ggrandmother, Laura (Annie) Fite Smalley b. 1855, married to James W. Smalley b. 1853, died in Bartow County (they resided in Cass County which I know is now Bartow County). My grandfather, Richard Clyde Smalley, was a baby (we think) when she died. We know that the next mention we have of James W. Smalley, he was remarried in Texas to Anne Steel and my grandfather was about 3 yrs. old. We know that James W. died about 1906 in Hill County, TX but we aren't sure if she came to Texas with him or if she died before he came to Texas. Thanks!
