Looking for information on David ROBERTS (1874) who married Sarah CASEY (1863) in 1893 in this county. He was Sarah's second husband. Sarah's father was Elisha Casey who lived in Beasley's Gap. In Sept 1897 David ROBERTS shot and killed his father-in-law. David went to prison and I have lost track of him from there. I also do not know much more about Sarah. I would like to know her first husband's name. I believe that she had 2 young children at the time of the shooting but do not know names or whether they were male or female. I have the newspaper account of the incident and he is listed in the Black Book. Diane.Casey@bull.com
