I'm looking for the parents of John Henry Butler Smith. He was born 6 August 1881 and died on 13 February 1938. He is buried along with his wife, Nancy Elizabeth Ayers, in the Beaverdam Baptist Church cemetery. I have hit a brick wall in trying to place him and any help provided will be much appreciated.
