His son, JOSEPH GRIER, Jr.b. cr. 1804 m. CASSANDRA DEAN b.1804 dtr of Charles Dean. Their Dtr. HARRIETT GRIER b 1824 gave birth to LEMUEL BRANNON GRIER 1850 I believe Joseph settled in Habersham or Hall County, however, does anyone know if those two counties were BANKS CO during the late 1700's? Where should I be looking? Has anyone researching Banks Co. seen and GRIERS in their quest? I would appreciate hearing from you if you can help.
