Which Waters family are you researching? I know that Richard Waters who was born 1808 and married Evalona Eberhart lived in Banks County at one time. He was the brother of my ancestor, James Lightsey Waters, who lived in Hall County and later Talladega & Shelby Counties, Alabama. If this is the same family, let me know. Debbie Stuart
