Actually, you need to write Rootsweb and send them a copy of that e-mail. You can have that person kicked off all Rootsweb mailing lists for sending you a letter like that, even if they didn't send it through the mailing list. Not to mention that it's a crime for someone to threaten you, regardless of how or when...call the police and let them handle it.
