Hope this helps someone. Carole ASHEVILLE CITIZEN TIMES ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA PAUL L. WILLIAMS ARDEN - Paul Lyman Williams, 81, of Glen Bridge Road, died Saturday, April 20, 2002. A native of Homer, Ga., he was the son of the late A. Q. Williams and Lizzie Ballew Williams. He was a World War II Navy veteran and retired from American Enka Corp., where he worked as a cook. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Burdell Gibson Williams; two daughters, Wanda Moore of Arden and Judy Westmoreland and her husband, Carl, of Alexander; son, Leonard Williams and his wife, Sharon, of Charlotte; five grandchildren, Scott Westmoreland and his wife, Jennifer, of Asheville, John Clay Moore and his wife, Carla, of Arden, Carla Ruckle of Alexander, Patrick Williams of Asheville and Alexandria Williams of Atlanta; three great-grandchildren, Avery Ruckle, Jacob Moore and Piper Westmoreland; and a brother, Wint Williams of Hendersonville. The funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian. Interment will follow in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory.
