My gg grandfather was James Kimbrell who married Dialpha Forrester in 1846. From the research I've done and some records seen online, I believe that my James was a brother to your Thomas Anderson Kimbrell. James was in Co.I, 24th Ga. Regiment, Banks County. He died in the war also. The widow's pension app. says he died at Gettysburg and the body was never found. Would like to exchange info. Thanks, Dawn
