Spartanburg, South Carolina Maudi I. Fowler Maudi Inez Fowler, 91, of 1720 New Cut Road, died May 18, 2001 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. A native of Alto, Ga., she was the wife of David Russell Fowler and the daughter of the late George and Missouri Ann Meeks Dunagan. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace and Truth Baptist Church. Survivors in addition to her husband include one son, Daniel R. Fowler of Spartanburg; one sister, Aletha Fowler of the home; one brother, Jim Dunagan of Inman; and one granddaughter. Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday at Fort Prince Memorial Gardens, conducted by the Rev. Ray Brown.
