Charles Ausborn Toccoa Charles Robert Ausborn, 58, of 6998 Carnes Creek, died Friday, January 12, 2001. A native of Banks County, Mr. Ausborn was a son of the late James Robert and Dolly Payton Ausborn. He was a longtime resident of Stephens County and was a former employee of Patterson Pump. He was a member of Carnes Creek Baptist Church and the Young Adult Men's Sunday School Class. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Don Scott and Dr. Tim Miller officiating. Burial will be in Carnes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Whitworth Ausborn; a son, Charles Kent Ausborn, Toccoa; a sister, Carolyn Stowe, Eastanollee; and two brothers, Joe Ausborn, Weaver, Ala., and Frank Ausborn, Eastanollee.
