I am also new to this list and seek help with the Central State Hosptial in Milledgeville. Until today it was always just State Hospital to me. The privacy law does not apply for my question since the great uncle I am looking for died in 1907. Do any of you in Baldwin Co know how one finds the records associated with the hospital. Also, have the cemeteries in Baldwin Co been surveyed? I am looking for BENJAMIN FRANKLIN WARR who died in the state hospital in "late fall 1907" according to his widow's GA pesion application for a Civil War pension.
