Specifically, I am interested in James HIGGINS and Mary HALL, who lived in Mllledgeville, Baldwin Co. during the 1810s and 20s. They had a son, James Madison HIGGINS who was born there on 6 March 1816. They (or at least one of their sons, Newton, who married Lucinda SMITH) later moved to the Habersham/White County region. Any leads on this family, especially their ancestors or places of birth, would be greatly appreciated.
