Thanks for any help. Here is what is known about his family: Harry Toulmin (Honorable), born 7 Apr 1766 in Taunton, Somersetshire, England; died 11 Dec 1823 in , Washington, AL. He married (1) on 11 Sep 1787 in Totnes, Devonshire, England, Ann Tremlett, born abt. 1768 in , England; died abt. 1812, daughter of Laurence Tremlett and Anne Bryant.
