Signed by Rich(???) Lamar, County School Commissioner (the middle of his name looks like a small "o" and capital "N") She later lived in Coweta County and married my grandfather, ROBERT LEE BROWN (who I also seek info about) she died in 1917-1919, when there was apparently a flu epidemic.
