There will be a table set up near the North Gate which will have a sign for these Veterans and badges for the descendants to wear. As Lafayette approaches these descendants will line the roadway up to the Capitol Building. Clark, Philemon Franklin, William Brown, John Miles, James Thomas, Edward Brown, Anderson Redding, Toliver Davis, Peter Fair, Oaty Prosser, William Hand, Samuel Beckham, Thomas Miles, John Morris, Henry Meacham, John Fuller, William Ackridge, and Abner Hammond. Other Veterans buried in Memory Hill Cemetery some who may have been living at this time are: Andrew DuBourg, Jesse Dismukes, Andrew Torrance, James DeLauny, Thomas Peter Carnes, James Duncan, Benjamin Tolbert and Robert Ivey.
