    3. Jerry, I don't know where Douglass District is in Bacon County but my grandparents were found living in 1910 in the Douglass District of Appling County. I have often wondered where this was located and thought that perhaps it is the present day city of Douglas in Coffee County that came about by the county lines changing. 3. Thank you Wilma for your email. I have a relative that appears in in the 1920 Census living in Douglas, Bacon County, and is buried in Douglas Chapel. I think maybe this about where it is. Here's a link to the map: http://georgia.hometownlocator.com/maps/feature-map,ftc,2,fid,1986507,n,Douglas%20Chapel%20Cemetery.cfm Wilma Coombs wrote: > Jerry, I don't know where Douglass District is in Bacon County but my > grandparents were found living in 1910 in the Douglass District of Appling > County.
