When we were trying to find the owners/guardian of a cemetery in Polk County, we checked with the Rome District Office of the United Methodist Church. The church had been closed many years earlier, but a "guardian/caretaker" church had been appointed to care for the cemetery which is part of the United Methodist Church. Don't know if Calhoun would be part of the Rome District, but any of the local United Methodist Churches should be able to tell you the name and phone number of the District office.
