You sure have a lot of familiar names, but I cannot connect. Have a Philip Bailey b. ca. 1770 who had sons John and Thomas b. 1800-1810 in Ga., and son Bryan Bailey b. 1806 in Ga. Also had daughter Lovecey who sometimes called Louisa b. ca. 1793 in NC. No record of Philip or Lovecey in NC I can find. Also have a William living next to my Philip in 1818 Twiggs County, Ga. who the Ga. Archives archivist says is probably related to Philip. Philip moved from Twiggs to Houston County, Ga. late 1820's and to Randolph County, Ga. late 1830's. Probably died in Randolph between 1840 and 1850. Bryan moved to Winn Parish, La. ca. 1857 and Lovecey who married second William Castleberry moved to Calhoun County, Fla. for 1850 census. A James Bailey was also in Houston County ca. 1830. I any of these names help, let me know. ----- Original Message ----- From: <GMAW706@aol.com> To: <GA-ROOTS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, April 30, 2004 11:55 AM Subject: [GA-Roots] BAILEYS IN WALKER COUNTY,GEORGIA > I am looking for anyone that is researching my BAILEY line.
