I am seeking any information on a Thomas Vaughan/Vaughn b 1843 in GA or SC. My Thomas Vaughan is listed in the 1880 census in Bartow Co. GA with a wife Missouri and 3 children Reuben age 8, Mary age 5 and Missouri age 4. Would like to know who his parents were? Did he have siblings? Thomas Vaughan has been my brick wall for at least 12 years. I know what happened to him after 1880 but have nothing before except his Civil War pension record. 1900 and 1910 census records indicate his parents were born in SC. Would like to hear from anyone with suggestions about where to look next. Thanks in advance. Marie
