    3. I would think the best place to look would be in the local newspapers around that date, also in the Clerk's Office at the county courthouse for prosecution of the case.     3. Olivia, I did get a copy of the article from The Constitution which did not tell me if Frank Rhodes was ever tried or convicted and where Peter Hadden was buried. I was told by the Clerk's Office that since the record was so old they had been disposed of. That is why I asked for help to see if I had another option.
