Thanks for all the suggestions, I have found my Alabama Oath of Allegiance, but since all Southern men had to sign, I wondered if anyone knew where to find those for Georgia. My brickwall is a gg grandfather Jackson Allen Jones, who died after 1871 and before 1880. I thought he might have signed this oath and I could possibly find his location after the war.
