During WW II in Europe letters written home by servicemen were microfilmed to save space, etc., sent to the USA, then printed/copied on paper before being mailed to their destination in the USA. Does anyone know if these microfilms are still in existence, and, if so, how would one obtain a hard copy of selective letters? Thanks-------------Charley Hall in IL.
