Hello, My father was born 1913 in Griswoldville,Jones Co,Georgia,USA. I believe the family religon was Episcopalian. I have recently discovered a LDS film [No 1903706] which has Kitchens folks in Griswoldville in the following groups 1809-1825, parents William Kitchens and Mary Story Brooks 1839-1857, parents William Kitchens and Nancy W Kelly Can anyone advise me of e or snail addresses of any Church, Family History Soc or fellow genealogist that can assist my research? >From what little I have learned so far [I live in Western Australia, the home of the black swan] Griswoldville is not that large a place and was hit heavily during the Civil War. I have also found another film [No 1230620] which lists Jones Co deaths as follows Father: Boze Kitchens Mother ? 4 deaths, all in circa 1875 Father: William Kitchens Mother ? 10 deaths, all in circa 1850 Could there have been 2 disasters in the Kitchens clan?
