Hello Carole - Thanks for the information on BLITCH/YOUNG. I have a list of some burials in the BLITCH/YOUNG Cemetery. I do have a John Gideon BLITCH b. 20 June 1836 married: Georgia Ann Slater d. 1867 Eliza Brantley d. 1870 Laura Williams YOUNG m. in 1871 (your date) must be his 3rd wife. John Gideon BLITCH was the son of William BLITCH and Elizabeth TULLIS. John Gideon BLITCH was the brother of William Homer BLITCH. Is this the same John Gideon BLITCH? John G. and William H. had a sister Laura BLITCH b. 1852.
