Rhonda: There are no Elree Wiggins listed in the Ga. Death Index for these three years. I did find a Mrs. Lee A. Wiggins, died 10/14/1928 in Tift County, Death Certificate #27936-J and this was the only person listed as having died in Tift County for those years. Rachel, I appreciate your help very much. I guess maybe I will check Fl. her body was sent back to Fl. for burial but I assumed the death certificate would be in the state of the death.
