Could anyone shed some light on this subject?If a person was committed to a mental inst. in 1906, what legal action would have been required, and where would the legal action have been taken-in the person's home county(Pickens Co GA), or in the county(Baldwin Co. GA) where institutionalized? The mental institution is no help in this matter.I have all records they have. Thanks, I appreciate your help.Debbie
