I think we should list the RS soldiers in our families as a rememberance. I will start with: John Anderson, , R.S., served 1776-1779, NC Line 2 & 5 regiments under Buncombe and Enloe, fought at Brandywine, Germantown, and Monmouth Lewis Sanders Noble, R.S. b. 1760 d. abt. 1855 fought at Brandywine Micajah Paulk, R.S., 1763-1847 John Sears, R.S., served 1777-78 with Capt. John Moore, NC Line I have just seen the "Patriot". In my opinion, it appears that Benjamin Martin was loosely based on a composite of Andrew Jackson and the The Swamp Fox--Marion Francis. D. Sjoberg
