Cecy Melinda Waldrop, brother of Edd Waldrop, married Titus Rogers prob in Clark County, Arkansas before 1900 The Waldrop family settled in Arkansas also with the Rogers, who were in Bartow County Georgia before relocating to Ark. . Titus Rogers is my great grandfather; the Waldrops were Welsh and my great grand-mother, Melinda Waldrop's family. Can anyone identify this portrait artist Bagwell? The portrait is painted on glass, with what looks like once was a black velvet matting back of the glass drawing. The frame looks to be gold with a thin gold border around the entire frame.
