Just to let everyone know I'm back and still searching for ancesters of my grgrandfather William Lafayette EVATT b. Ga. Mid 1800s..he married my grgrandmother Louisa Braddock Freeman in Nassau Co., Fl. 12/24/1879. Also looking for descendants of his brother George W. EVATT (Uncle Watt). b. Ga. 1866. Among Watt's children are: Allie EVATT, George EVATT,Mabel EVATT, Bert or Herbert EVATT, Leila EVATT,Max or Maxwell EVATT, Edwin EVATT and maybe Cuthbert and Annie Maud EVATT, and Will EVATT. William L. also had a sister named Ola Lee EVATT who married Joseph Janes in Nassau Co., Fl. 01/26/1882. I have hit the old "brickwall" and am desperately trying to find out what Their father's name was and their mother Mary's maiden name. Thanks to anyone who might be able to help me with this. Ginny
