does anyone have the 1805 Lottery book that could look up: Willis Jinks/Jenks "from Franklin Co" Does it indicate if he actually won....and which county the land might have been in? I understand the published volume lists ALL those who participated and marks those that did not win. Thanks.... Virginia Crilley
