Looking for any information on the following unit of the Georgia Volunteers, particularly during the period from June 24, 1812 to October 19, 1812: Newnans Command Georgia Volunteers Capt. Tomlinson Fort's Company of Volunteers under Lt. Abram B. Fannin Baldwin Co., GA (?) Company muster roll records for the above period indicate my great, great grandfather, Philip D. Logan, was paid at "Newhope". Do not know if the "Newhope" was Camp New Hope or a town named New Hope. Any information will be appreciated. Arnold Logan North Richland Hills, TX
