In the message area put only one word subscribe Send the message. That's it. It's just as easy to unsubscribe. Just change the one word to unsubscribe. Once you are subscribed and you want to send a message to the list, send it to the same address, without the word "Request" (That is used only when subscribing or unsubscribing.
