Hi, I am wondering where I can get a Marriage Certificate for Ernest M. DEAN and Rosa COBB. They were married Dec 6 1899 in Plains Sumter Co GA. but vital statistics says that they dont have marriages before 1919, I believe. So where do I go? Thanks, Gloria
