    3. Those of you who have connections to Family Cemeteries or Country Cemeteries in rural areas need to be aware that City Governments and County Governments are looking for places to bury indigents for free, so if you do not have By-Laws or Restrictions filed with the County/State Record keepers, that prohibit or identify who can be buried there, you need to write and adopt some. Counties from the Northeast have been contacting rural Cemetery Associations in Texas, in an effort to find a place to put their indigents... Most rural Cemeteries do not want outsiders filling up their open spaces with folks whose families cannot be located and cannot pay for the upkeep of the grave either...they were intended for the residents of that community... I would appreciate contact from anyone who has experience drawing up these by-laws. _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx
