For DeKalb Co., GA, the DeKalb GenWeb Tombstone Project has quite a few listings. Also available is the DeKalb Historical Society Database of the surveys completed by the late Franklin Garrett who surveyed all cemeteries within a 30 mile radius of Atlanta in 1930 and 1931.
