Sandra, I checked my Henry County Cemetery books (3 volumes) compiled by Vessie Thrasher Rainer, and there are no Skipper's listed. Since he would have been the right age to go to war, I checked my Roster of Confederate Soldiers of Georgia by Lillian Henderson. There is a Daniel Skipper but he enlisted in Campbell County, Georgia, and there is a Daniel W. Skipper but he enlisted in Greene County, Georgia. Did your Daniel live in either of these counties? Of course, neither of these Daniel's are shown to have died in the War Between the States. Sorry I wasn't able to help you. Gwen
