    3. If I'm not mistaken, Rock Chapel is actually closer to Lithonia. You may want to be looking for Dekalb County cemeteries. If you are traveling west on I-20 through Dekalb, exit at Turner Hill, Rock Chapel is approximately 3 miles south.
