    2. A little trivia.... I grew up on St. Simons....1946 was the beginning. I was almost 5 years old. I have watched the changes of the island over the years and I could cry. So much of the beauty of the island is being destroyed. However, people who live there love it. My mother lives in Sea Palms and my sister lives on Major Wright Rd just across the main road from Sea Palms. I am wondering if a person could manage a web site for CSA Ga burials? Wonderful idea but it would take a lot of help from a lot of people. Hopefully, it would include ALL Ga CSA soldiers, not just military cemeteries. Great idea! Still looking for my Capt. Andrew Jackson McLeod. Captured at Cold Harbor, the first day of the battle. Was sent to Ft. Delaware, they Fort Pulaski on Tybee Island, GA. Member of the Immortal 600.
